| I lifted for 45 minutes and then ran for 10 minutes barefoot on the treadmill. It felt very good until I realized I had a couple of blisters forming. woot. I then ran another couple of minutes with shoes on, but my blisters hurt. I'm going to pop them and hope for the best. |
