I woke up this morning and really didn't want to run, as much as I knew I needed to. But I remembered the 10 excuses to miss a run and knew I was right in line with some of them and pushed myself out of bed. I felt really good, but didn't have the GPS with me so the pace is an estimate from my watch and the mile markers that I know. The pace felt a bit faster than I would usually go so I marked it as marathon pace. So yeah, 9.5 miles on a day I didn't want to run. |
